POLICY STATEMENT

Quality in workmanship is an integral part of the software provided by DST Computer Services. Our continued success is dependent upon our commitment to quality in all aspects of our business.

The PIPESTRESS Quality Assurance Program was developed for compliance with the requirements of nuclear power utilities and their suppliers. In the development of this program, DST Computer Services has translated the requirements established for nuclear facilities to similar activities performed by the commercial software industry. It is based on the applicable requirements of: Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Appendix B; ANSI/ASME NQA-1-1983, Quality Assurance Program Requirements for Nuclear Facilities; NRC Regulatory Guide l.28, Revision 3 (August l985); and Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 21, Reporting of Defects and Non-compliance.
